Glen has represented clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation, resolving cases in more than 20 counties in Minnesota. He provides compassionate, nonjudgmental legal advice and counsel, working to achieve his client's objectives. Whenever possible, Glen works hard to achieve a mutually acceptable settlement to preserve as much of the family relationship so co-parenting remains possible. For out-of-state clients, such as custodial parent moves, Glen serves as their Minnesota legal counsel.
He helps clients make logical sense out of emotionally charged issues so they can make inormed decisions. Glen works with experts to define and value marital and business assets so that the divorce can make business sense and be survivable for both parties.
Sometimes a family breaks up and the fracture cannot be repaired. If the children form a parent/child bond with a stepparent, we can take steps to make the stepparent the adoptive parent. Families may rely on grandparents to raise the children because the parents are not there or are otherwise unable to do so. Glen can help the grandparents formalize the parent/child relationship.
Glen is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Family Law Section and Family Law Executive Council, and Domestic Abuse Committee, the Hennepin and Anoka County Bar Associations, the Minnesota Association for Justice, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Christian Legal Society of Minnesota. He has presented on family law topics for continuing legal education seminars.
Raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Glen received his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law. Glen joined Henningson & Snoxell in 2012 after merging his private family law practice with the firm. He lives with his wife and son in Plymouth. In his free time, Glen enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and boating.
