Jeffrey A. Berg graduated Cum Laude from Hamline University in 1978 and from the Hamline School of Law in 1981. In April of 1999 he merged his Maple Grove, MN practice with the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd.
Jeff has focused his legal practice in the following areas:

Family Law: Including divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, visitation, property settlement and adoption.
- Employment Law: Including employer and employee representation, discrimination, harassment, non-compete agreements, contract disputes and wrongful termination.
Jeff is an experienced mediator, providing mediation services in the areas of family laws, employment law, business disputes, construction and commercial litigation. He has a significant private mediation practice, including court referrals.
Jeff is admitted to represent clients before the following Courts:
- The Minnesota Supreme Court
- The Federal District Court of Minnesota
- The United States Supreme Court
Jeff, his wife and son have lived in Maple Grove, Minnesota since 1984 and he is actively involved in many community organizations. These organizations include a member of the Board of Directors and officer for the North Hennepin Community College Foundation, a charter member and past President of the Maple Grove Rotary Club, a past Assistant District Governor for Rotary International District 5950, a past member of the Board of Directors, Officer, panel mediator and trainer for Mediation Center for Dispute Resolution in affiliation with Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota. Jeff is also a past Cabinet Member, Officer and speaker for the North Hennepin Leadership Academy, a past member of the Board of Directors and Office for the Rice Lake Area Association and a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations, including the Family Law and Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution Sections.
Jeff enjoys coaching, golfing, skiing, sailing, snowmobiling and the various activities and interests with his family.
