Erin is an attorney with the firm of Henningson & Snoxell in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Erin practices primarily in the following areas:

She also helps clients by organizing companies to own investment and recreational properties, registering copyrights for new authors, and drafting bylaws, control agreements, and buy-sell agreements for the operation of new companies.

Erin represents a number of local churches and nonprofit organizations. She helps these organizations apply for and maintain exemption for federal income tax, state property tax, and state sales tax, and also assists with any special licensing, contract, employment, and fundraising issues presented by the organization's nonprofit status. Erin currently serves on the Board of Directors of a Minneapolis nonprofit organization striving to serve south Minneapolis through a series of community outreach programs.

In addition, Erin works with individuals and families seeking advice as they face a number of life-changing decisions. She assists individuals embarking on new careers by reviewing non-competition, employment, and separation agreements, setting up new companies, reviewing franchise agreements, and applying for any applicable licenses. Erin has also helped individuals negotiate with nursing homes and other care facilities seeking payment for parents' or siblings' care.

Erin is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. She is a member of the bar associations of these states, and is actively involved in the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce. Erin is a frequent speaker on intellectual property and business topics.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School after receiving a bachelor's degree in finance, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and studying for a semester in London. She joined Henningson & Snoxell as an associate in 2005.
