As a member of the Business and Nonprofit Department, Aryka is committed to supporting both new and existing business owners and nonprofit organizations in achieving their goals. She takes time to understand each client's unique needs and objectives, providing clear explanations and
actionable guidance throughout the legal process.

Aryka assists clients with entity formation, operating agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, employment agreements, employee handbooks, trademark and copyright applications, and nonprofit compliance. She provides practical, tailored solutions for entrepreneurs launching new ventures and established organizations navigating day-to-day operations and complex transactions.

Born and raised in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, Aryka moved to the Twin Cities for her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Communication Studies. She went on to earn her law degree from the University
of Nebraska College of Law, where she focused on entrepreneurship and international trade and finance through the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic and the Clayton Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance.

Outside of her legal practice, Aryka is actively involved in her community, coaching youth softball and helping young athletes develop their skills and love of the game. She also enjoys crocheting, attempting to golf, and trying new breweries.
