James Snoxell is the CEO of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. and practices in the firm’s Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising them about business and corporate law issues. Jim assists nonprofit organizations with their unique legal concerns and needs. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect clients’ intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession, personal estate planning needs, and helping with select real estate law matters.
Steven M. Graffunder is a shareholder in the firm and is the chair of the firm's Real Estate Department. Steve practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, construction law, mechanic's liens, and banking law. He is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Section, and is a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
Mark is a shareholder in the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He concentrates his practice representing clients in business and commercial litigation. Minnesota Law & Politics magazine has repeatedly named Mark a Super Lawyer, a designation reserved for only 5 percent of the total lawyers in the state. Craig is a shareholder in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Construction and Real Estate Litigation. Susan T. Peterson-Lerdahl is a shareholder in the Maple Grove, Minnesota Law Firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. She is Chair of the firm's Estate Planning Department and has years of experience counseling individuals and families in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration as well as family business succession planning. Susan provides guidance to individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels. Susan has a heart for her clients and works hard to establish confidence and trust. Debra S. Nelson is a shareholder in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Debra is Chair of the firm’s Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department and is also a member of the Real Estate Department. She represents business and nonprofit clients advising them about mergers & acquisitions, general business & corporate law, real estate law, contracts, employment law, nonprofit law, and business succession.
Adam Kaufman is an attorney at the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Adam helps individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels, by advising them, and preparing Wills, Trusts, Health care directives, and Powers of attorney. In addition, Adam assists individuals with other needs such as Elder Law, incapacity planning, guardianships, conservatorships and prenuptial agreements.
Kelly Eull is an attorney in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. She has been practicing law for over a decade and concentrates her practice in family law. Kelly has handled numerous family law matters involving dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and child support. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a law clerk for a Minnesota family law firm for two years where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in a wide range of family law matters. Kelly has been listed as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the 2010-2012 editions.
Jennifer decided at a young age to pursue a career in law. Jennifer told friends and family members since she was a teenager that she wanted to be a divorce attorney. She earned her undergrad degree in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She then went on to graduate from William Mitchell College of Law, where she also worked as a research assistant for the Dean of the college.
David T. Estle is an estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law attorney at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. David advises and counsels clients at all stages of their lives about how best to prepare their estate and legacy for the future. David also represents clients with elder law issues, focusing on the costs and considerations of long-term care and elder health, and representing parties to guardianships or conservatorships.
As an associate at Henningson & Snoxell, Rachell Henning brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her practice as an elder law attorney. From an early age, Rachell has been dedicated to assisting elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.
