David is the founding shareholder of the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Helping clients achieve objectives in their best interest is David's primary goal. David's client service philosophy is to provide proactive advice and practical solutions to help his clients make money, save money and stay out of trouble. By carefully listening to the issues and concerns expressed by his clients, David is positioned to provide continuing assistance toward problem avoidance, thus reducing his clients' need to respond to unnecessary situational problems at some time in the future. In addition to serving as President and CEO of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., David has owned businesses in retail, restaurant, commercial real estate, residential real estate, service and farming.
JIM SNOXELL chairs the Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising about business and corporate law issues. Jim assists nonprofit organizations with their special legal concerns and needs. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect client’s intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession and personal estate planning needs and helping with select real estate law matters.
Steven M. Graffunder is a shareholder in the firm and is the chair of the firm's Real Estate Department. Steve practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, construction law, mechanic's liens, and banking law. He is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Section, and is a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
Mark is a shareholder in the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He concentrates his practice representing clients in business and commercial litigation. Minnesota Law & Politics magazine has repeatedly named Mark a Super Lawyer, a designation reserved for only 5 percent of the total lawyers in the state. Craig is a shareholder in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Construction and Real Estate Litigation. Susan T. Peterson-Lerdahl is a shareholder in the Maple Grove, Minnesota Law Firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. She is Chair of the firm's Estate Planning Department and has years of experience counseling individuals and families in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration as well as family business succession planning. Susan provides guidance to individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels. Susan has a heart for her clients and works hard to establish confidence and trust. Wayne Studer is an attorney in the litigation department of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. For more than 35 years, Wayne has concentrated his practice on Personal Injury and Workers Compensation. He represents individuals who have been injured in the workplace, in automobile and other types of accidents, or as a result of the negligence of others.
Chad E. Henderson is an estate planning attorney and member of the Estate Planning Department in the Maple Grove, Minnesota Law Firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd.
