JIM SNOXELL chairs the Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising about business and corporate law issues. Jim assists nonprofit organizations with their special legal concerns and needs. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect client’s intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession and personal estate planning needs and helping with select real estate law matters.
Steven M. Graffunder is a shareholder in the firm and is the chair of the firm's Real Estate Department. Steve practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, construction law, mechanic's liens, and banking law. He is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Section, and is a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
Mark is a shareholder in the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He concentrates his practice representing clients in business and commercial litigation. Minnesota Law & Politics magazine has repeatedly named Mark a Super Lawyer, a designation reserved for only 5 percent of the total lawyers in the state. Craig is a shareholder in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Construction and Real Estate Litigation. Susan T. Peterson-Lerdahl is a shareholder in the Maple Grove, Minnesota Law Firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. She is Chair of the firm's Estate Planning Department and has years of experience counseling individuals and families in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration as well as family business succession planning. Susan provides guidance to individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels. Susan has a heart for her clients and works hard to establish confidence and trust. Susan’s compassion and empathy help her clients feel comfortable sharing their personal information and concerns.
Chad E. Henderson is an estate planning attorney and member of the Estate Planning Department in the Maple Grove, Minnesota Law Firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. He advises clients on matters relating to wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, probate, elder law, estate planning, medical assistance, and planning for incapacity.
Debra Nelson is an attorney in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, practicing in the firm’s Business Law, Employment Law, and Commercial Real Estate Departments. Debra understands her clients’ business, strategic goals, and plans. She works with each client to develop and grow their business with mergers and acquisitions, help plan for succession, and assist with preserving wealth for future generations.
Adam Kaufman is an attorney at the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Kelly Eull is an attorney in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. She has been practicing law for over a decade and concentrates her practice in family law. Kelly has handled numerous family law matters involving dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and child support. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a law clerk for a Minnesota family law firm for two years where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in a wide range of family law matters. Kelly has been listed as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the 2010-2012 editions.
As an associate at Henningson & Snoxell, Rachell Henning brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her practice as an elder law attorney. From an early age, Rachell has been dedicated to assisting elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.
