Kyle was born in Jacksonville, Florida to military parents who were originally from Minnesota. Upon his parents’ retirement, Kyle moved back to Minnesota and graduated from Maple Grove Senior High. Kyle attended St. Cloud State University as a recipient of academic and athletic scholarships. Kyle graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in International relations. Kyle went on to receive an academic scholarship to attend the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During his time in law school, Kyle clerked for non-profits and worked as a certified student attorney at the Community Justice Project.
Outside of his legal practice Kyle volunteers at food clinics and other charitable organizations. Kyle also enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and watching the Vikings dominate the gridiron.
