Beginning September 10, 2026, a 2.99% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments on invoices for billed fees and expenses on your matter. In accordance with Minn. Stat. § 325G.051, this surcharge is optional and can be avoided by paying your invoice via cash, debit card, check, or electronic bank transfer (ACH). This credit card surcharge applies exclusively to billed fees and expenses, not retainers.
