Tifanne has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce, mediation and received a certificate in Dispute Resolution by Hamline University School of Law. Tifanne has the background and experience to help her clients reach beneficial settlements, as well as the skills to effectively represent her clients inside the courtroom. She is a caring and compassionate professional who works hard to provide her clients with the best possible representation during very difficult times in their lives.
Tifanne is an active member and past chairperson of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Tifanne is a frequent speaker for National as well as Minnesota continuing legal education (CLE) programs and has helped plan the annual Minnesota Family Law Institute for several years. Tifanne also volunteers as a Conciliation Court Referee in Dakota County.
Tifanne is listed on the roster of Rule 114 neutrals. As a Rule 114 neutral, she provides both mediation and parenting consultant services.
Tifanne lives in Maple Grove with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and crafting.
