June 30, 2026

To further expand legal services to our clients, Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. recently welcomed two new attorneys to the firm. Though each is focused on a different practice area, Heidi (Van De Berg) Posteuca and Anna Prettyman bring a combined wealth of experience along with strong-minded determination for guiding and serving clients.
Welcome Heidi (Van De Berg) Posteuca
Heidi is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and elder law. She works with clients of all ages to formulate estate plans designed for their unique needs, with the help of legal tools such as wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, and health care directives.
Along with a handful of honors, Heidi received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law after earning her master’s degree at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, and a Bachelor of Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio.
Prior to joining Henningson & Snoxell, Heidi practiced estate planning law for almost a decade at other firms throughout the Twin Cities. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Heidi S. Schellhas at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Welcome Anna Prettyman
Joining our Family Law practice group, Anna focuses on helping individuals and parents understand and navigate complex family law issues. She offers trusted and expert guidance on divorce; legal separation; custody, child support, and parenting time; property division and spousal maintenance; prenuptial agreements; and more.
