Before joining BGS, Max worked as an associate attorney for a local Twin Cities law firm where he successfully represented clients in personal injury litigation, managing litigation cases in State of Minnesota and Federal District Court and securing settlements for injured clients. Prior to that, he was a law clerk and certified student attorney with Barna, Guzy & Steffen from May 2023 through August 2024, working in the firm’s Personal Injury/Criminal department and assisting with Prosecution/Government law. Max also spent time as a Judicial Extern in Minnesota Court of Appeals under the Honorable Judge Jon Schmidt. Max is dedicated to serving clients and seeking the best outcomes and solutions for their individual situations.

Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and expanding his ever-growing list of hobbies, which currently includes powerlifting, hunting, brewing, cooking, baking, gaming, running, biking, and reading.
