Molly comes to Henningson & Snoxell with a diverse transactional practice, with clients ranging from newly formed private companies, seasoned public corporations, and a wide range of public agencies. Molly understands that each client has unique and varied goals, and all clients require personal and tailored solutions. Molly is strongly committed to providing cost-efficient legal solutions customized to specific needs.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School, Molly began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area advising start-ups active in the venture capital field, in a wide range of technology-based industries. Molly would counsel these companies through the incorporation process, the onboarding of new employees and contractors, and debt and equity financings. She worked with clients going through public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. She understands that businesses have varying needs, priorities, challenges and strengths over the course of their operations.
Molly acquired additional expertise after working with public agencies in highly regulated fields and is able to guide clients through complex regulatory frameworks. She is sensitive to the varied regulations that apply to business and nonprofit clients and can help create compliant contracts.
Molly returned to Minnesota during the pandemic years and is thrilled to now represent Minnesota businesses and nonprofits. Outside of the office, Molly is spending time with her family and supporting her children’s different and diverse interests. She is a lifelong runner, avid reader, and loves being outside with her family exploring Minnesota’s beautiful parks and lakes.
