Tifanne Wolter is an attorney in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. in Maple Grove, Minnesota. She has practiced law for 15 years, concentrating her practice in family law for the last decade.
She has been named a Rising Star in Minnesota Law by SuperLawyers, 2014-2017 editions, and included in the Top Women Attorney's in Minnesota by SuperLawyers for 2018. The AVVO directory service has given Tifanne a 10.0 Superb Rating as a Top Family Attorney. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota state court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Tifanne has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce, mediation and is certified in Dispute Resolution by Hamline University School of Law. Tifanne has the background and experience to help her clients reach beneficial settlements, as well as the skills to effectively represent her clients inside the courtroom. She is a caring and compassionate professional who works hard to provide her clients with the best possible representation during very difficult times in their lives.
She is an active member and past chairperson of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Tifanne is a frequent speaker for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (CLD) programs and has helped plan the annual Minnesota Family Law Institute for several years.
Tifanne received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Concordia College, and her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her law degree, she worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low income clients with family law issues. She then entered the private practice of law, continuing to provide family law legal services in the Twin Cities and building a reputation as a strong and successful advocate for her clients. She joined Henningson & Snoxell in 2016.
Tifanne lives in Maple Grove with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and crafting, and volunteering as a member of the Maple Grove Women of Today.
